location: the hotel was just off fast food restaurants and gas station, downtown and jackson and ann arbor. the room we had included a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave and a fridge. the staff were professional throughout 1 day of our stay.

The first room had several issues including a broken telephone and heating unit, and when I switched rooms, the new one was ajar, raising security concerns. The service was a mixed bag. Most staff were friendly, but that initial interaction soured things a bit.

This place was just a prime choice for a city trip in Chelsea with the best value for money ratio. My room was initially not cleaned properly, but the staff quickly brought me fresh towels when I asked for them. Just make sure to ask for any services you need during your stay.

The food at breakfast was always hot and delicious, and I loved the grassy areas for my dog to play! The pool and hot tub were great spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times but overall, a solid choice for a family stay. 😊

The jacuzzi room was perfect. The comfortable bed was a real plus too.

Stayed here for a night with the kiddos and our little dogs. The grassy areas were perfect for playing outside! Breakfast was always hot and plenty to pick from. But, the rooms weren't very clean. Found some stuff on the floor which wasn't cool. Staff seemed a bit rushed too.
